try :
$ sudo ifconfig dc0 inet6 2001:7a8:b138::1 delete
or
$ sudo ifconfig dc0 inet6 2001:7a8:b138::1 -alias
in ifconfig(8) :
SYNOPSIS
ifconfig [-L] [-k] [-m] interface [create] [address_family]
[address [dest_address]] [parameters]
parameters is in the end (like delete or -alias)
