Well, I use VM in xemacs. I guess that counts, and has the advantage that it will work on a dumb terminal - or even a Palm :-). A quick grep for imap in ports/mail turns up balsa, mahogany, pmail, and two versions of tkrat. Pine can pay attention to mouse clicks in xterm windows. There are a couple of X-based front ends for mh, which can handle imap mail boxes.
