If they don't, you will find you get dropped when the second line comes up (personal experience of this). Also, even if your ISP claims to support channel-bonding, they may not do so fully. This can give rise to intermittent failures (again personal experience). If the second is true, you may find (as I did) that it is worse at certain times of the day. A pain in the arse here as I pay a minimum connection charge, i.e. when I reconnect continuously the pay meter just spins away ........
