I could not get the /etc/dhclient-exit-hooks.sh to run at reboot. After doing some research I found that dhclient-script was checking for /etc/dhclient-exit-hooks. Changed /etc/dhclient-exit-hooks.sh to /etc/dhclient-exit-hooks and it worked.
