I am trying to upgrade egcs. The ports collection is not up to date and
specifically refers to the 1998-09-14 version of egcs. The up to date
version is 1998-11-01. The 1998-09-14 version is not even available from
the ftp sites. Therefore, the port will not work.

If there is someplace that I can go to get the up to date, already built
version of egcs and libstdc++, that would be even better.
