I just upgraded to 5.0-RELEASE, beacuse i heard that there's a patch out that makes it possible to run nvidia on 5.0-RELEASE. After i upgraded, i found the patch http://www.mu.org/~mux/patches/nvidia.patch and applied it. This is what i get as result: -Wmissing-prototypes -Wpointer-arith -Winline -Wcast-qual -fformat-extensions -ansi -c /tmp/NVIDIA_FreeBSD-1.0-3203/module/../src/nvidia_dev.c /tmp/NVIDIA_FreeBSD-1.0-3203/src/nvidia_dev.c:152: conflicting types for `nvidia_dev_mmap' /tmp/NVIDIA_FreeBSD-1.0-3203/src/nvidia_dev.c:20: previous declaration of `nvidia_dev_mmap' *** Error code 1 Stop in /tmp/NVIDIA_FreeBSD-1.0-3203/module. *** Error code 1 Stop in /tmp/NVIDIA_FreeBSD-1.0-3203. Anybody that has gotten nivida to work on 5.0-RELEASE? and in that case, how? br .b
