If I install from 3.4-RELEASE cdrom, it seems to extract compat22, but nothing is put into /compat, and it doesn't continue to install X. If I install from ftp.freebsd.org, it can't install compat22 at all. I need to install minimal X support + VNC without having to spend time compiling anything. I appreciate any help on this, thanks. -- Joseph nugundam =best=com==/==\=IIGS=/==\=Playstation=/==\=Civic HX CVT=/==\ # Anime Expo 2000 >> www.anime-expo.org/ > # FreeBSD: The Power to Serve >> www.freebsd.org > # The Ultimate Online Speed-Shop >> www.racesearch.com / To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
