The last message in /etc/log/messages was Dec 3 06:53:03 bark2 kernel: ll_rw_block: device 08:01: only 512-char blocks implemented (4096) As I realized now, this message occurs every two or three days in the log file. - What does this message mean? - Are there any known difficulties with the on-board aic and the IBM drive?
