What do you have in the queue ? Can you see the mail going out in /var/log/maillog ? When running sendmail with '-bt -d', what does '/mx freeb1.bt-sys.bt.co.uk' says ? What does '/parse graeme.brown@bt-sys.bt.co.uk' says ? What's inside your .mc file ?
