  Add relnotes items:
  	machdep.disable_tsc_calibration tunable,
  	ada(4) kern.cam.ada.write_cache sysctl,
  	geom_map(4) added,
  	readline(3) functions imported into libedit, and
  	lib{md,crypt} SHA-256/-512 support added.
