How about putting a couple of 75dpi thumbnails on the logo page on the website and the rest on a FTP site? One CDROM-label, CDROM-sleeve and DVD-case showing for example FreeBSD/i386 should be enough. The thumbnails can be links to the FTP site with the rest of the stuff.
