Kris,

I have volunteered to take over this port for Nork as I also recently
volunteered to take over the abandoned www/linuxflashplugin port which
this port depends on. I have yet to hear back from Nork. Regardless, I
will submit a PR in the next couple of days to update this port and
transfer maintainership to me. Hopefully we can get Nork to approve the
update. If not, I would appreciate your help in saving this port. This
port is necessary for flash support on all FreeBSD systems prior to the
introduction of libmap.conf support -- which is a sizable number of them
including all of those running the latest stable -RELEASE or tracking
the 4.9 security branch.

Also, my maintainer-update PR for www/linux-flashplugin and
linux-flashplugin6 has yet to be committed, or even assigned. I wrote
to you about it last week in response to your duplicate LATEST_LINK
reminders. In the past Nork has always speedily taken care of
maintainer updates to ports/www. Nork, if you're listening I'd
appreciate some help with ports/63059. If not, any other committers who
wouldn't mind looking over and committing my update, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Brandon D. Valentine
