To everyone who responded, thanks. In the manual, I saw a listing for "ports-secretary" but not the portmgr, so I was really at a loss as to even the title of the person, much less the name. Far as that goes, though, I gotta admit to being rahter shocked: I didn't get even one complaint about my target, even though I knew it couild be misinterpreted a ton of different ways. I guess I must be living right, or caught everyone feeling generous.
