man slocal says:

   Duplicate Message Suppression
slocal is able to detect and supress duplicate messages.
To enable this, create two empty files in your $HOME
       directory: .maildelivery.pag and .maildelivery.dir. These
are ndbm files which are used to store the Message-IDs of
       incoming messages.

Forgot if I installed mh from ports or packages. Apparently slocal isn't
maintaining a database of incoming messages as the manpage suggests it
will. Am I lacking a compile option?
