That's the whole point of the "Latest" directory, Andrey.  If people
want to look at the full package name, they can go to "All" or any of
the subdirectories.

 * All ncftp versions are totally different, so they can be considered as

That's fine, but note that I'm not inhibiting packages from being
built or anything.  We just don't want "ncftp.tgz" to be pointing to a 
beta version.
