Yes. Just replace "#include <X11/xpm.h>" by "#include <Xm/XpmP.h>". in
Motif 2.1 libXm already contains all XPM-related functions.

I don't know Apps2go. If it is (was) Motif 1.2 then it doesn't contains
XPM. For LessTif, things are a little bit confusing: Motif 1.x supports
only bitmaps (1-bit pixmaps, actually) but LessTif contais XPM code to
register a nonstandard converter allowing the use of any pixmap. See the
comments on NONSTANDARD_EXTENSIONS in the release notes.

With OpenMotif you don't need libXpm to compile a program, so the release
