Telling from his Email address, thats Konstantinos himself. Also he wants to _change_ the delegation record (NS record), just the one that you queried. So {hostmaster,dnsadmin}@freebsd.org would be the right person, if it is fixed (read if someone responsible is aware that there is problem). I guess that was Konstantinos' point.
