The first and very simple idea is to use COUNT statement with ipfw, but it does not suit me due to DHCP using on my network. I am already wrote simple script to add "ipfw add ### count all from any to ###.###.###.###" "on the fly" when /var/db/dhcp.leases changes but I hope -- there is more comfortable way to perform "per user" traffic counter.
