Hi, I actually work with Niall :)
Sorry for not doing this sooner, I'm rather behind on mailing lists.

I have a standard install of the docproj port with no customizations
apart from the ones suggtested in the jadetex pkg-message.

I have compiled the above as directed and put them at 
http://www.tchpc.tcd.ie/~bobb/docproj/
