Install with the one that is done by sysinstall off the 2.0.5 cdrom,
then dd if=/dev/rsd0 of=newmgrimage, thats what I did here for my
production copy of the mgrimage I use to splat on boxes going out 
the door.  It's also how come I know how to put it on there using
FreeBSD :-).
