Maybe no PR, as it's not mentioned in the commit message and cannot find any PR including "bsdforge" in the summary. And could you look into Bug276245 [1], too? An email from bugzilla would alreay be sent to you as the maintainer, though, but if it was sent when the domain itself is down, possibly it didn't reach to you.
