pkg_version -c no longer works on FreeBSD 5.0.   Aslo the manpage no longer has information about it.   However,  I have 
not seen any documentation or indication that this flag is deprecated in any way.  If it is indeed deprecated, maybe the 
utility should give feedback as such.  If it's not deprecated,  then this is a bug.
