[More text elided] It just so happens that I already have done a similar search, via Thomas (the comany, not the Congressional Web site) and it was one of the reasons for my concerns. But I was REALLY confused when I found the conflicting claims. While the Thomas database says that Walnut Creek owns it, Walnut Creek writes on its literature that it's a trademark of Walnut Creek CDROM and FreeBSD, Inc. And Cheap Bytes says that FreeBSD, Inc. alone owns it. Why the discrepancy? >Rather than continue on the question of what one can do with the >trademark, I suggest that interested parties contact either >Walnut Creek CDROM or Joseph K. But I need to talk with Walnut Creek anyway, so I'll ask some qustions similar to the ones in your message. --Brett Glass To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-chat" in the body of the message
