No no, I think there is some confusion here.

The SIM detach function is called by the underlying ATAPI code, /not/ by
the async callback. The issue is that before calling xpt_bus_deregister
in the detach function, I also need to /remove/ the async callback for
the ref count to correctly drop to 0.
