Nope.  Works for me on -CURRENT.  Be sure a ghelp Internet Service
exists under Applications->Desktop Preferences->Adavnced->File Types and
Programs.  It should have the following attributes:

Description: GNOME Help System
Protocol: ghelp
Program: yelp "%s"
