Go to Distributions and choose custom. ( by pressing spacebar ). Choose src, and in the source menu, you will be able to choose sys, which is the kernel source. If you want to do a make world, you will need most of the others as well. A make world isn't really neccessary if you had just installed a new release from scratch. Building a custom kernel is a must ( As well as a nice exercise ;) ).
