We're waiting for someone to integrate the latest LFS from Keith
and Margo with our VM.  Compared to that, the the Lite2 VOP changes
are minor.  There is a new version of LFS in Lite2, but since
there's an even newer version available from the author, LFS was
left out of the Lite2 integration.
