I am having problems running editors/scite compiled from the ports tree with GTK2 on FreeBSD 4.10. The full error message is enclosed. Others seems to be experiencing the same issue, see http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-questions/2005-January/071025.html, and I've been having it since 1.59 (although the package version, which didn't use gtk2, worked flawlessly) and it persists in the latest version (1.62). >SciTE (SciTE:262): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: specified class size for type `Scintilla' is smaller than the parent type's `GtkContainer' class size (SciTE:262): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtktypeutils.c: line 100 (gtk_type_new): assertion `GTK_TYPE_IS_OBJECT (type)' failed (SciTE:262): Gtk-WARNING **: invalid cast from <http://www.php.net/manual-lookup.php?lang=en&pattern=from> (NULL) pointer to `(unknown)' (SciTE:262): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: specified class size for type `Scintilla' is smaller than the parent type's `GtkContainer' class size Segmentation fault (core dumped) /Snaily
