Patches to upgrade port, new version came out today.
The new version is mainly bugfixes and translation issues, but also:
* added 10 speed option
* added prefs option for the cdda device and for the "Existing ISO" device
I also cleaned up the port itself a little bit including updating the PLIST and 
adding RUN_DEPENDS for two programs that gcombust uses.
