You might find the -U, -W or -n options useful Sometimes you have to use `-n USERNAME' (particularly with OS/2) Some servers also insist on uppercase-only passwords And the server says : Jul 6 21:23:13 atlas smbd: no modules loaded for `samba' service Does anyone have samba-2.0.3 running with MD5 passwords ? What's that 'module' samba is talking about ? Any help at this point would be appreciated, Joao Pagaime -- PS: all other services seem to work fine (qpopper, etc), but I'm stuck on this one...
