New patches. It forces a rebuild of the packages on the packagebuilding cluster, so that you know they all build again. It also gives better information is you get kris-mail, because you know what patches were applied (based on the port revision nunmber). And it will thousands of machines on the internet go "Oh boy lucky me! I get a chance to recompile pgadmin3-12 again!"
