Hi,

I just committed changes to split print/teTeX into print/teTeX,
print/teTeX-base, and print/teTeX-texmf. The new version of
print/teTeX installs dvips and xdvi by default again, and these
changes should fix texconfig problem previously reported on
-ports, too. Please try them, and let me know if you are in trouble.
