Hmmm... maybe this will work (not sure how much of this OK, get your boot floppy and fire it up. When you get to the boot prompt, enter, 0:wd(2,a)? (It's an IDE drive, right?) this should list unit 0, slice 2, partition a, which should be your FreBSD partition. Does it work? You might want to see if you can find the FreeBSD partition on a different slice. Also, is it possible for you to show us output from fdisk? -- Crist J.
