I don't run current for now. :)

I would, anyway, suggest you to try either of the following:

- Use full floating representation for the frequency (10.000 instead of
  just 10) and pray for being better understood. :)

- Configure this lower transfer rate in the HBA NVRAM (if your HBA has
  NVRAM, of course), as the sym the driver understands most of user
  settings from Tekram HBA NVRAM.
