shar(1) archive of devel/listserialc

Provides lib/jni/liblistSerialsj.so and bin/listSerialC, the former of whic=
h is
required for Arduino 1.6. This is generally a simple/small wrapper around
devel/libserialport, thus inheriting the license from it.

Tested using Poudriere, builds on my -CURRENT machine, and portlint seems t=
o be
happy.
