All of them. :-) The base system, for example, contains large portions of C. It also has several parts of sh scripts (FreeBSD's default scripting shell is the bourne shell, /bin/sh), as well as awk and m4 scripts. Oh, and it uses the english language for text. :-) There are various projects on FreeBSD, and many programming languages. And as they exist, they are used.
