The port is not required by anything else, so it's actually never added from the package (just make install). It's on my list of things to do, to make pointyhat do the following to catch this kind of problem: make install take mtree snapshot make deinstall pkg_add compare mtree snapshot pkg_delete But I've not yet found the time.
