No, I didn't mean that, but the version of FreeBSD-CVSweb, eg. the cvsweb.cgi version number. See the cvsweb.cgi script, and look for $cvsweb_revision there. Additionally, I think WinCVS is totally unrelated, AFAICT it's a GUI CVS client. Or is your cvsweb.cgi configured to use a binary from that package? If yes, I can imagine that it would be causing the problems.=20 You should use a (real) command line cvs client *and* the RCS binaries with cvsweb.
