The subject line about says it all.  I heard that there were some things
missing on the 4.5 cds .

Is that true of the cd  sets from bsdmall.com?

I know I can download the cds from FreeBSD.org for free
but I would like to support the project in some way?!

A related question.  Which of the sources of the cd sets is
the best?
