I think for VulkanSC we could just continue to place the library in
/compat/linux but not worry about testing it. It would be available if for =
some
reason someone needed it. Afaik it should theoretically work, it's a vulkan
library simplified to some degree. I don't think emulation is a problem for=
 it,
I think it's more that there would be no reason for regular users to use it.
It's used for autonomous vehicles and medical equipment and the like.
