Its not a problem with the drivers, the pci code is not assigning the right interrupts. If they're not already there, add options PSYCHO_DEBUG and options OFW_PCI_DEBUG to your kernel config and send me the full dmesg. If you try to ifconfig the interfaces with these options you may get a stray interrupt message on the console as well, I need to know the numbers that are reported.
