Hello there, i have a laptop (may be you don't know it: Portocom). On it runs a w2k and a Linux. i would like to install a FreeBSD; i try these versions: 4.6, 4.7, 5.0 rc1 & rc2 - but i think it is impossible...:( the results of FreeBSD5.0 rc2 boot process: --- cut here --- OK boot -v /boot/kernel/kernel text=0x3cbc7c data=0x52198+0x5b82c syms=[0x4+0x4d8c0+0x4+0x5b8cf Copyright (c) 1992-2002 The FreeBSD Project. ... ...
