BTW, I beg you understanding about my ignorance in this respect, since
some xfce parts will still be gtk2, we can still ship with
gtk-xfce-engine, and leave the default for the rest.

My question is driven by the desire to cause as little unexpected and
gratuitous change as possible.

Which other themes could we test? Adwaita is in the tree? Where?
