How we do it is to have one master database which we have set as a replication master, this then replicates out to both ns0 and ns1 where it's read only, then we run MyDNS on each reading from the database running on the local machine. This way you can make changes to the zone data in the central database and every slave database automatically gets updated with the new data with no problems.
