The number is supposed to be a little big bigger than this. As octave
utilizes devel/pcre and also supports devel/pcre2. And at this moment
there is no hard plan on removal. This is just a deprecation notice.
Changing octave will bring this number to around 150.

So there is no specific reason to go for an exp-run at this moment.
But to check whether if the current ports are supported by pcre2.
This is mainly for the developers so that they also check their
upstream support rather than going for a mass upgrade or changes.
