I'm trying to get my win95 machine to route through the FBSD box... I installed it over my LAN via. a win95 FTP server, rather than have the modem up for 5 or six hours while I did an Internet FTP install... it work fine (after trying a couple of time) Anyway, it went very quickly... BTW- I installed the bin, man, and compatxx software... The problem now is, that I can't get the ethernet to route out the internet, let alone get the FBSD box to connect to the internet... (note: I can connect with PPP, but I get no route to host errors... I assume that there is something wrong with my DNS settings). Does someone have the time to give me a step by step? I catch on quickly, but I just can't get it to do what I want it to do... and the docs are no help. BTW- If someone can give a step by step, I think you should submit it to the FBSD Handbook guys... there is not enough information to get a novice working with the system... Thanks to anyone who can help, -Brill
