As I understand the 4.3 release notes, this card will work but can't be booted from. I didn't know this, and now need to come up with a workaround. My plan is to do something like put the loader onto a floppy and use that to boot from. Will this be able to load the kernel from the RAID array or do I need to have the kernel on the disk too?
