I committed a fix for this problem, I think few days ago.
Could you try those revisions (on sparc64):

	src/sbin/ggate/ggated/ggated.c	rev. 1.8
	src/sbin/ggate/shared/ggate.c	rev. 1.7
	src/sbin/ggate/shared/ggate.h	rev. 1.4
