update to 20200913

Notable changes there:
1. The launch script (bin/steam) now sets the process stack size limit to 8=
192
Kb, see https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D248225 for the
rationale.
2. Core dumps are blocked unless the LSU_COREDUMP environment variable is s=
et
to 1.
