I have been trying to get my kernel to compile for weeks and have had no luck. It has compiled before...just fine (when i was trying to add sound support) but now when i try to compile any kernel (even the GENERIC) after I do the /usr/sbin/config kern ; cd ../../compile/kern; make depend. then once I type make i get this: [spoofy] [/usr/src/sys/compile/kern]# make make: don't know how to make ../../i386/conf/kernel.script. Stop [spoofy] [/usr/src/sys/compile/kern]# Any ideas? I have no clue as to what is going on...(and all i want to do is add the Barkly Packet Filter (bpf0). thanks for the help Johnathan To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
